Silicon Hills Revenue Lab (SiHillsRevLab) is the solo project of David Breshears, former VP and founder of the Growth Services practice at Sapper Consulting.

David helps some of the largest, fastest growing companies on the planet fine-tune their revenue engines. A former Communication Studies scholar turned enterprise seller, David founded the Growth Services practice at Sapper Consulting, serving as division Vice President until his departure in 2022 (Sapper Consulting was acquired by Abstrakt Marketing in 2021).
Prior to Sapper, David was employee #226 at unicorn startup Outreach, joining as an early member of the Enterprise Sales team and eventually becoming the company's first Strategic Accounts Manager. The journey from $10MM to $100MM in revenue at Outreach was the capstone of a sales career focused on early-stage, early-to-market, category-building startups.
Working at Outreach and then at Sapper, David got a close-up look under the hoods of hundreds of companies, from global enterprises to fast-growing, venture-backed firms and fledgling startups. From that vantage point, he's seen just about every permutation of the sales tech stack, every flavor of sales process, and every organizational configuration imaginable.
That experience and perspective, coupled with years of scholarly research and practice in the art and science of effective communication, is the foundation of David's unique insights on the systems, processes, workflows, and operational and enablement support required to drive successful sales transformation and growth acceleration.
